Alternative Animal offers a 30 Day Return Policy on all products sold. While our products have a great track record and we do guarantee the quality of the supplements we sell, there is no way we can guarantee that your pet will respond well to the product or that you will get the results you’re looking for.
If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
- Return Request Form Required – A Return Request Form must be submitted and approved before any refund is processed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
- 30-Day Return Window – To qualify for a refund, returned items must be received back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Product Condition – Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Restocking Fee – A $20 restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return Tracking number must be provided.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery Confirmation: We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, even if you did not personally receive the package. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately once an order has Processed it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders: Cannot be cancelled once they have processed.
- Orders:Â Cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
- Autoship Orders:Â Can not be cancelled once they have processed.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return per our Return Policy.
- Refunds: 2.9% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as this is a charge incurred by our payment processor at the time of purchase.
My 23 yo Morgan had choke incident that resulted in lung abscess. He’s also had laminitis and colic over the years. My vet clued me in that it might be the start of cushings and indicates a weak immune system. He just finished 120 days on Super Immune Naturally and Cushings Free Naturally and he’s doing great!
