- Return Request Form Required – A Return Request Form must be submitted and approved before any refund is processed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
- 30-Day Return Window – To qualify for a refund, returned items must be received back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Product Condition – Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Restocking Fee – A $20 restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return Tracking number must be provided.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery Confirmation: We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, even if you did not personally receive the package. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

I can’t say enough about the improvement to my mare after having been on the Circu-Flow and Herbal Bute. She has suffered with severe laminitis for three almost four years. She has been on these supplements for about six months and my farrier can’t believe the improvement. My vet was talking about euthanizing her last year but she has never been better. Awesome – period! MIRACLE – keep your horse on the dose as long as you can BECAUSE My horses founder created a coffin bone rotation of 4 degrees – horrible flat pancake foot – after being on circuFlow for 8 months the rotation has completely reversed & the hoof wall came back up and my Farrier of 35 years keeps saying he can’t believe it – the herbs in this formula keep that blood flowing to the area needed most – wow is all I can say!
