Return Policy

Alternative Animal offers a 30 Day Return Policy on all products sold. While our products have a great track record and we do guarantee the quality of the supplements we sell, there is no way we can guarantee that your pet will respond well to the product or that you will get the results you’re looking for.

If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

1. Return Request Form Required – A Return Request Form must be submitted and approved before any refund is processed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund. If an item is returned without prior approval, it will be discarded, and no refund or credit will be issued. See form below.
2. 30-Day Return Window – To qualify for a refund, returned items must be received back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Product Condition – Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
4. Restocking Fee – A $20 restocking fee applies to all returns.
5. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return Tracking number must be provided
6. Refund Processing – Items must be received back within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 21 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Delivery Confirmation: We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, even if you did not personally receive the package. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
