How do I set the Autoship frequency to make sure I don’t run out?
We recommend you set the autoship order frequency to process at least 2 weeks before you will run out.
What can I expect once I sign up for Autoship?
After you join Autoship, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your subscriptions, where you can manage your future orders, Autoship items and Autoship account information.
Will I be notified of an upcoming order?
We will place your Autoship orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. To estimate the arrival date of an order, please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for order fulfillment prior to shipping and 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery after order processing. Prior to each subscription order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Autoship account, such as if your product is discontinued, out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my Autoship deliveries?
You can review upcoming shipments, add or remove items, change a delivery date, or skip a delivery by heading to the My Account tab on our site. Once you are in your account click on the Scheduled Orders tab to see your upcoming orders. We’ll also send you a reminder before each Autoship order goes out.
