- Product Condition – Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Restocking Fee – A $20 restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return Tracking number must be provided.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Percheron/Quarter horse cross had developed a dry cough with a mucous discharge from her nose . The vet put her on antihistamines and antibiotics. Shortly after she finished her prescriptions, the cough returned. We knew that there were natural remedies for allergies for humans, so we decided to try your product. Not only did it work, our horse does not have to be loaded up on pharmaceutical drugs, but the cough has not come back and she seems to have developed an immunity to allergens, as she can go off of the herbal remedy and the cough does not return immediately. So, if we run out of the allergy supplement from Alternative Animal, she is covered. However, we do have her allergy supplement on a regular subscription.

Nothing else helped my horse before this product
We have a mule and a horse who really suffer from itchy skin allergies, especially in spring. This product really helps, although we still have some products we have to put on their coats, so it isn’t quite 100% the cure.
