Cushings Free Naturally:
Ponies, minis and small horses up to 500 lbs- 1 scoop/serving daily
Horses 501 lbs to 1000lbs- 2 scoops/servings daily
Horses over 1000 lbs up to 1250 lbs- 3 scoops/servings daily
Over 1250 lbs- 4 scoops /servings daily
(scoop included is 1 tablespoon)
First Time Kidney and Liver Detox for 30 days
Ponies, minis and small horses up to 500 lbs- 1 scoop/daily
Horses 501 lbs to 1000lbs- 2 scoops/daily
Horses over 1000 lbs up to 1250 lbs- 3 scoops/daily
Over 1250 lbs- 4 scoops /daily
Recommended Detox 2 – 3 times per year for 7 days
1-Scoop = 1-Serving (Scoop included is 1 tablespoon)
If possible, for best results, split the dosage into separate AM/PM feedings.

** If your horse is currently on any other prescribed treatments:
Cushing’s Free Naturally may offer natural support for the Cushing’s horse. We do not recommend mixing the herbal supplements with medications like Pergolide and Prascend unless advised to do so by your Vet.
Transitioning your horse from Prascend (pergolide) to a natural supplement like Cushings Free should be done gradually and with veterinary guidance to minimize the risk of a return or worsening of symptoms.

I won’t be able to comment on how well it is working until I have another blood panel done. She has only been on it for two months but her mental attitude has been much better than when she was on the prascend.

Originally I had given this a 5 star as it seemed to be working she dumped her coat pretty rapidly, but unfortunately my mares cushings rapidly progressed on this she grew back a heavy winter type coat in summer! She also got super puffy above her eye and started having soundness issues. I had to put her back on precend and she’s still not back to where she was before.

After 2 and 1/2 years on Prascend, my mare (27 yo) seems miserable. I decided to stop and try a natural treatment. I wish I had never put her on the med.
