One-Time Orders
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If you contact us after your payment has been processed but before the order has shipped, we will make every effort to stop the order. If we are able to cancel it, the 2.9% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Autoship Orders
Customers are responsible for managing their Autoship schedules, including upcoming processing dates, frequency, pauses, and cancellations.
Autoship orders can be managed at any time by logging into your account and going to:

Once an Autoship order has processed, cancellation is not guaranteed. If we are able to stop the order before it ships, the 2.9% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling an Autoship schedule does not cancel an order that has already processed.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
If you no longer want the order, it must be handled in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered. Return eligibility and any applicable fees are subject to the terms of our Return Policy.
Payment Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees are charged to Alternative Animal when your payment is processed and are not returned to us when we issue a refund.
For this reason, when we are able to cancel and refund an order after payment has already been processed, the 2.9% credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
