Order Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately once an order has Processed it cannot be cancelled.

Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Orders: Cannot be cancelled once they have processed.
• Orders: Cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
• Autoship Orders: Can not be cancelled once they have processed.
• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return per our Return Policy.
• Refunds: 2.9% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as this is a charge incurred by our payment processor at the time of purchase.
