If you choose to use our HWF Clean Heart, we have two methods of use we recommend: Maintenance and Cleanse. The cleanse is to clean out any foreign substances in the blood, and the maintenance is to keep the blood clean.
Directions for Use: Dogs 6 weeks and over
MAINTENANCE: give orally 1 time daily for 7 consecutive days,
repeat one week on and one week off, continually.
CLEANSE/DETOX: give orally 2 times daily, once in the morning and again

Been using this. It’s been best to mix it in food but she will take it directly if needed. It would help a lot if you provided a bottle insert that allowed the syringe to be filled upside down because once we use a bit of the bottle it becomes a struggle to continue to fill the syringe.
