Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change, and we are happy to accommodate order cancelations whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
• Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method. However, please note that the 2.9% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as this fee is charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered.
• If your order has already been processed for shipment but has not yet left our facility, we will do our best to stop it, though we cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage.
• Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return per our Return Policy.
